Description: This iron lamp has a soldered spout that has been troughed to hold a wick. The flat top that fits over the container has a swing plate which partially covers the spout. The handle is curved and has a small hole used to hang the lamp.
3-D Scanning Process: Using the MakerBot to scan this object was necessary because of the lamp’s size. Scanning this object went fairly smoothly, but the lasers did have issues with the rough texture of the lamp.
